Shipping Costs and Delivery

Orders from our web site receive the same individual attention as the orders we personally receive in our store.  They are carefully packed and shipped using USPS, UPS or Federal Express guidelines.

We don't believe in shipping charges based on the price of the candy you ordered. We believe shipping charges should reflect the actual weight of the package, just like it does at the post office or UPS. Our shipping charges are based upon the total weight of your packaged order and how much it costs us to package it to protect from the heat and humidity--just like we do everyday with our telephone orders. 

Cold packs and insulated containers are used when we ship to warm climates or during the warm spring, summer and fall months to make sure your order arrives in the best condition.

Currently, Executive Sweets ships anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Candy orders placed before 8 a.m. (EST) will be filled that same day.  Orders placed after 8 a.m. will be filled the next day.  Because candy is perishable, orders received on Thursday through Sunday, will be filled the following Monday to ensure delivery on a week day (except next day orders received and filled Thursday which then can be received Friday).

PLEASE CONTACT THE RECIPIENT OF YOUR GIFT OF CHOCOLATES WITH THE DATE OF ARRIVAL OF YOUR ORDER. Shipping companies like UPS do not leave a package unattended at an address if the recipient is not home, especially at apartment buildings. We are not responsible for the cost of your order should it be returned to us by the shipping company.

Privacy
When ordering from our web site, you are asked for only the data needed to effectively complete your order--and that's all we use it for.  We do not share, sell or rent information received on our web site with any other company.  Period.
